Mr. Alderman currently charges $300 per hour, but reserves the right to adjust this rate based on factors such as the novelty, complexity and volume of client work. The work of other attorneys and professionals will be billed at a rate agreed upon with each client prior to the start of any representation. All rates will be memorialized in an engagement letter and the rates stated therein, unless later modified, will apply to the firm's legal work for each client.
