Billing Rate Information

At The Alderman Law Office, we provide comprehensive intellectual property counsel and litigation services to clients throughout the Washington, DC, metro area and throughout the rest of the United States.

Our firm operates on an upfront retainer basis. We have also instituted a Paypal structure, which allows clients to quickly and easily pay or replenish their accounts as needed. If you have questions or would like to learn more, please contact us online.

Additionally, Mr. Alderman currently charges $350 per hour, but reserves the right to adjust this rate based on factors such as the novelty, complexity and volume of client work. To learn more about our services, please visit our practice areas page.

The work of other attorneys and professionals will be billed at a rate agreed upon with each client prior to the start of any representation. All rates will be memorialized in an engagement letter and the rates stated therein, unless later modified, will apply to the firm's legal work for each client.
